Give it all away

Hey all you fellow bloggers out there!
So, alot of you know about how I had that really bad allergic reaction to a medicine I was taking. I had what the doctor's called a "broncal spasm" and even though it has been months since my airway is still really narrow so as a result I have a hard time breathing when I do alot of physical activities. So, in order to build up my lung capacity I have started riding my bike. Yesterday Danny and I went on a long ride and today we were going to do the same thing again. One problem...my bum was so sore I couldn't hardly stand to sit on my bike seat! I know it is sad and I am a wimp :P
All was not lost though...I ended up going on a walk instead and that was AMAZING! I got to just spend time thinking, praying, and listening to music. Anyway, my point is! As I was walking I "just happened" to be listening to the song "Give it all away" by Aaron Shust:

"Search my heart, search my mind, search my soul
Make me clean, make me new, make me whole

All of my plans, all of my dreams, I lay them down before Your feet
All of my time, all that was mine, I now submit to Your design
'Cause you are the one only one that give it all away for me
that give it all away for me

You are my strength, You are my God, you are my King
You make me laugh, You make me dance, You make me sing

All of my plans, all of my dreams, I lay them down before Your feet
All of my time, all that was mine, I now submit to Your design
'Cause you are the one only one that dared to give it all away for me
that give it all away for me (give it all away..)

Everything inside, everything outside, I give it all away
You never change, but You rearrange my heart more everyday

All of my plans, all of my dreams, I lay them down before Your feet
All of my time, all that was mine, I now submit to Your design

All of my plans, all of my dreams, I lay them down before Your feet
All of my time, all that was mine, I now submit to Your design
'Cause You are the one who can make my life complete
You are the one who can give light to my feet
You are the one, Only one who that give it all away for me
that dared to give it all away for me...
that dared to give it all away
that dared to give it all away for me...
that dared to give it all away for me...

Search my heart, search my mind, search my soul"

You know how you can listen to a song a 100 times but the 101st time it just clicks? Anyway...it was a blessing and a challenge...when was the last time you just got before the Lord and just laid it all before Him? I did today and yes, it was hard but so worth it :)
Blessings!

Stupid laptop won´t let me on the internet! Anyway, I arrived safely in Peru, and I have made my wannarideonthebackofamotorcycle desire know to Americo. I´m going to go explore the hotel and try to track down Mel & Alyssa. I´ll post on the Peru blog later.

I think he will let me when we have an opportunity! I'm so excited for that! I announced at the softball game that I was now able to smoke. Pretty fun. Anyway, that Verizon thing is cool.

Hey that is cool about the ride! Actually, I am trying to remember when we talked about that but my brain is numb...heh yeah.
Softball game huh? Hmmm...would've loved to see the looks on some of those people's faces :p
Speaking of looks...the girls are convinced that if I get the cartilage piercing I will look like a hooker. They are trying to talk Mom out of it...they said that my ear could turn green and/or become an elf ear b/c of infection...wow, just one of those nights :p
Yeah, I am excited about the verizon thing...

I'll leave a valid comment later...it's getting "late" by the old people's clocks (10:38 right now) so I need to hit the hay. Have fun!
